Happy Passover, Happy Easter and Happy Spring. I had a whirlwind trip to NYC for ten days (without wifi - that was a challenge) and returned home deep "under the spring weather" - have actually developed the gift of napping (and was the person on the plane you did not want to sit next to). Will catch up with you next week. May you have a beautiful holiday weekend.

1 lb ricotta
3 eggs
1/4 cup Romano
1/4 lb mozz
It's made in a pie plate, so probably uses much less filling. Again, Happy Easter!!! xo
