Funny how you've embraced the cold winters there. I don't mind them either, as long as I don't have to shovel snow. By the way, that brown bread with butter, arugula, gorgonzola and jam seems like a perfect hybrid of the Scandinavian and Italian -- and one I'd happily eat any season of the year.Ciao Chow Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04479595368522070565noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2387813811203789547.post-32171173491559063052018-01-31T12:43:08.967-06:002018-01-31T12:43:08.967-06:00looks tasty and I love that you saved a slice to s...looks tasty and I love that you saved a slice to savor.chow and chatterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04225995063075911644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2387813811203789547.post-67828510464437929042017-08-19T08:58:06.144-05:002017-08-19T08:58:06.144-05:00This is almost like a pasta frittata! That's why I suggested 1/2 cup. I think the solution is: 1. less milk - 1/2 cup or 2. use a deep dish pan with no leakage. I reduced the milk. It was delicious but there is no way the pan could sustain 1-1/2 cups of milk (in my world).
